إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية
أورثوموف ليس جهازاً طبياً ولا يقدّم تشخيصاً ولا علاجاً ولا رأياً طبياً. محتواه تثقيفي وإرشادي عام لتمارين إعادة التأهيل، ولا يُغني عن استشارة طبيب مختص أو أخصائي علاج طبيعي ولا يحلّ محلّها.
- استشر طبيبك قبل البدء بأي برنامج، خاصة بعد جراحة أو كسر.
- أوقف التمرين فوراً عند ألم حاد، أو تورّم مفاجئ، أو خدر، أو حرارة، أو احمرار في موضع الجراحة، أو ضيق نفس — وراجع طبيبك.
- ميزة «العلامات التحذيرية» في التطبيق تنبيه مبدئي فقط، وليست فحصاً طبياً؛ غيابُ تنبيهٍ لا يعني أن حالتك سليمة.
- في حالات الطوارئ اتصل بخدمات الإسعاف فوراً ولا تعتمد على التطبيق.
١. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك أورثوموف فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق، لا تستخدم التطبيق. التطبيق مخصص لمن أتمّ ١٨ عاماً.
٢. الحساب
أنت مسؤول عن دقة بياناتك وعن حماية كلمة مرورك وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك. أبلغنا فوراً عند الاشتباه في أي استخدام غير مصرّح به. لا تشارك حسابك مع غيرك.
٣. الباقات والدفع
- عند شراء باقة تُنسخ محتوياتها إلى جهازك، ويبقى ما اشتريتَه كما هو: أي تغيير لاحق في السعر أو المحتوى على الخادم لا يمسّ الباقات المشتراة سابقاً.
- الدفع عبر التحويل المحلي يُراجَع يدوياً؛ يُفعَّل الوصول بعد تأكيد التحويل، وتُبلَّغ بالرفض وسببه إن لم يُقبل.
- الشراء عبر Google Play يخضع لشروط Google Play وسياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بها.
٤. الاسترداد
المحتوى رقمي ويُنزَّل فور التفعيل، لذا الشراء غير قابل للاسترداد عموماً. إن لم تتمكن من استخدام الباقة لخلل تقني من طرفنا، راسلنا خلال ١٤ يوماً من الشراء وسنعالج الأمر. حذفُ الحساب لا يُنشئ حقّ استرداد.
٥. برنامج إحالة الأطباء
يحصل الطبيب المُحيل على عمولة عن كل عملية شراء تتم عبر رمز إحالته. الطبيب لا يرى أي بيانات عن المرضى — لا أسماء ولا حالات ولا تقدّماً علاجياً — بل عدد الإحالات وإجمالي العمولة فقط. تُسوّى العمولات خارج التطبيق. يُمنع استخدام رموز الإحالة في أي دعاية مضللة أو ادعاء طبي، ولنا إلغاء أي رمز يُساء استخدامه وحجب العمولات المترتبة عليه.
٦. الملكية الفكرية
كل محتوى التطبيق — الفيديوهات والصور والنصوص والبرامج العلاجية والعلامة التجارية — ملك Einvara أو مرخَّص لها. يُمنح لك ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدامها لغرضك الشخصي فقط. يُمنع النسخ أو إعادة النشر أو التوزيع أو محاولة استخراج الوسائط المشفّرة من الجهاز.
٧. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Einvara مسؤولية أي إصابة أو ضرر ناتج عن أداء التمارين، أو عن اعتمادك على محتوى التطبيق بدل الرعاية الطبية، أو عن انقطاع الخدمة أو فقدان بيانات. أنت تتحمل مسؤولية قرارك بأداء أي تمرين.
٨. إنهاء الخدمة
لك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (كيف؟). ولنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، مع إشعارك بالسبب متى أمكن.
٩. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الجمهورية اليمنية. نسعى لحلّ أي نزاع ودّياً أولاً عبر support@ortho-move.einvara.com.

OrthoMove is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Its content is general educational and exercise guidance for rehabilitation, and it neither replaces nor substitutes for consulting a qualified doctor or physiotherapist.
- Consult your doctor before starting any programme, particularly after surgery or a fracture.
- Stop exercising immediately if you experience sharp pain, sudden swelling, numbness, fever, redness at a surgical site, or shortness of breath — and see your doctor.
- The app's red-flag feature is a preliminary prompt, not a medical assessment. The absence of an alert does not mean you are fine.
- In an emergency, call emergency services. Do not rely on the app.
1. Acceptance
By using OrthoMove you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. OrthoMove is intended for people aged 18 and over.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password safe, and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not share your account.
3. Packages and payment
- When you buy a package, its content is copied to your device and what you bought stays as it was: later server-side changes to price or content do not affect packages already purchased.
- Local bank-transfer payments are reviewed manually. Access is unlocked once the transfer is confirmed; if it is rejected you are told why.
- Purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's terms and refund policy.
4. Refunds
The content is digital and downloads on activation, so purchases are generally non-refundable. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from using a package, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it. Deleting your account does not create a right to a refund.
5. Doctor referral programme
A referring doctor earns a commission on each purchase made through their referral code. The doctor sees no patient data — no names, no conditions, no treatment progress — only a referral count and a commission total. Commissions are settled outside the app. Referral codes must not be used in misleading advertising or medical claims; we may revoke a misused code and withhold the commissions attached to it.
6. Intellectual property
All app content — videos, images, text, rehabilitation programmes, and branding — belongs to Einvara or is licensed to it. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own rehabilitation only. Copying, republishing, redistributing, or attempting to extract the encrypted media from your device is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Einvara is not liable for injury or damage arising from performing the exercises, from relying on the app's content in place of medical care, or from service interruption or data loss. The decision to perform any exercise is yours.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, telling you why where we can.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Yemen. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first, via support@ortho-move.einvara.com.
