الطريقة الأسرع: من داخل التطبيق
يُحذف الحساب فوراً دون انتظار:
- افتح تطبيق أورثوموف وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي.
- اضغط حذف الحساب في أسفل الصفحة.
- أدخل كلمة المرور للتأكيد (إن كنت تسجّل الدخول عبر Google فلن تُطلب منك)، ثم أكّد.
إن فقدت الوصول إلى التطبيق
أرسل بريداً إلى support@ortho-move.einvara.com من نفس البريد المسجّل في الحساب، بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، متضمناً بريدك واسمك. نتحقق من الطلب ونحذف الحساب خلال ٧ أيام عمل، ونؤكّد لك ذلك بالبريد.

ما الذي قد يبقى
سجلّ الشراء وقيود دفتر العمولات، وهي سجلات مالية يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بها لأغراض محاسبية ولأن عمولة الطبيب المُحيل حقٌّ لطرف ثالث — وتبقى مُجرَّدة من هويتك: يبقى المبلغ والتاريخ فقط، ولا يبقى اسمك ولا بريدك ولا أي بيان صحي.
Fastest: from inside the app
This deletes the account immediately, with no waiting period:
- Open OrthoMove and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Enter your password to confirm (not required if you signed in with Google), then confirm.
If you can no longer access the app
Email support@ortho-move.einvara.com from the address the account is registered under, with the subject "Account deletion request", including your email and name. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 business days, then confirm by email.

What may remain
The purchase record and commission-ledger entries — financial records we must keep for accounting, and because a referring doctor's commission is money owed to a third party. They are stripped of your identity: only the amount and date remain; your name, email, and all health data do not.
